La Pincoya - La Pincoya is fictional character of the Chilote folklore and mythology of the Chiloé Island in southern Chile. According to legend, la Pincoya is one of two sisters, the other being La Sirena (a type of Siren), and their brother el Pincoy, all three who drowned and now continue on as ghosts who lead travelers to a large phantom ship, El Caleuche, sailing the seas at night around the southern island of Chiloé in southern Chile.
